Phillip taught the eunuch about Jesus. The eunuch was converted through the work of the Holy Spirit Who used the Word of God. We must listen reverently and pray God if the Lord will use it to convert us.
Jesus told a parable of a Pharisee and publican. The publican asked God for forgiveness. We should also pray for forgiveness of our sins, because God will hear such prayers.
